Job Description:•Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers each call to respective employees.
•On demands, provides telephone connections to employees.
•Communicates effectively with all levels within The Company and with outside companies.
•Open, dispatch and keep records of all incoming and outgoing faxes and mails.
•Maintains logbooks for outgoing calls.
•Keep the internal telephone list updated and dispatch accordingly.
•Maintain appointments diary either manually or electronically.
•Welcome visitors and guides them properly to their destination.
•Keeps records of and issues visitors ID.
•Provide any secretarial support if required by others department.
•Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
•Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Job Requirements:•Diploma in any business discipline.
•Minimum of 2 years working experience as Receptionist.
•Basic Proficiency in MS Office Applications and other desktop utilities
•Office Administration Skills
•Telephone Courtesy
•Above Average Communication Skills in English and Arabic languages
•High degree of flexibility
