| Job Description: | Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the job shall primarily focus on managing a group of Project Engineers to handle projects in accordance with agreed terms and conditions and shall control through establishing parameters vis-à-vis the contractual agreements. |
| Job Requirements: | Zamil Industrial Investment Co. is in need for PROJECT MANAGER for ZSI - T&G- Projects Management Dept. . to focus on managing a group of Project Engineers to handle projects in accordance with agreed terms and conditions and shall control through establishing parameters vis-à-vis the contractual agreements.
Ideal applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in Project Management, 4 years of which must be in a supervisory or managerial gained from Transmission and Telecommunication Towers.
• Core competency to include High Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Project Management Skills, People Management, Basic Understanding in Engineering Drawings/Blueprint, In-depth knowledge on Logistics Management, Office Administration Skills, Above Average Communication Skills in English Language, Integrity and High Degree of Flexibility, Numeracy Skills and Relationship-Building.
• Work assignment may vary as assigned.
Responsibilities would include:
• Oversees the works of Project Management and Commercial Support.
• Executes the projects based on the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Maintains Projects Master Schedule.
• Leads the Monthly Projects Progress Meeting and discusses all relevant information needed to disseminate for everyone’s reference.
• Builds and maintains good relations/rapport with all the customers.
• Immediately attends to and resolves customer complaints. |
