| Job Requirements: | Zamil Industrial Investment Co. is in need for NDT Technician in Zamil Steel - PED. Ideal applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering./ Degree in Science./ HSC in Science ( Essential )
• Level II in RT/MT/PT/UT.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in NDE field.
Responsibilities would include:
• Carryout various NDEs like RT/UT/PT/MT/PMI.
• Record the details & process the data.
• Evaluation / Interpretation of findings.
• Co-ordinate with Third party Inspector.
• Periodic Calibration & Maintenance of NDE Instruments.
• Prepare NDE Reports.
• Update & Monitor NDE results project wise.
• Maintaining Calibration records of NDE InstrumentsParticipates internal and external audits as and when required.
• Enforces and observes properly the Personal Public safety such as cordon off the radiation area and maintaining.
Skills
• In depth knowledge of various methods & techniques.
• Good communication skills in English language (oral and written)
• Should be conversant with ASME, AWS Standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and other desktop utilities. |
