| Job Description: | Provide the necessary installation, warranty service or workshop activities to the completion of the requirements set / defined by the Supervisor in line with the Contract Agreement and the Company Policies and Procedures. |
| Job Requirements: | Zamil Industrial Investment Co. is in need for Mechanic in Coolcare - Sales Service Support Group. Ideal applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
• A diploma in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning maintenance and troubleshooting.
• At least 4 years relevant experience preferably in a large HVAC servicing company.
Responsibilities would include:
• Receive issues / task from dispatching team or Foreman. Clarifies locations or scheduling if necessary.
• Prepare the required forms and obtain approval.
• Secure required materials, tools and other related to respond the call.
• Check the returned and received goods/ parts, re-checks the vehicle condition, tools and other related in preparation of the call
• Reconfirm appointments to customer by giving a call. May divert to other customers depending on its necessity.
• Execute the job required at the minimum man-hour without jeopardizing its quality of work out-put. Ensure units are running in normal condition to satisfy customer’s needs.
• Collect payments if cash calls and obtain acknowledgement.
• If job requires quotation, may seek approval from Supervisor / Foreman.
Skills
• Good Communication skills in English and Arabic
• Can interpret diagram / drawing, do and supervise; estimates, quotations, commissioning and reporting.
• Proactive, innovative, flexible, team player and committed
• Good customer service orientation.
• With valid driving licence preferably for GCC
• Team Player. |
